I was going through my grandaddys shop the other day and found two saws (among other chisels and what not). One I am 99% sure is a 1940-47 Disston D-8 crosscut (thanks to Disstonian Institute), but this is the rip saw. I’m still researching but I figured I’d post here to see if any of you guys have any insight.

I don’t have them yet, thanks to some drama from my aunt that got me upset but my granny told me that he left all of his tools to me and they are mine, but once I do I’ll inspect them a little more.

    Thanks in advance!

I read the post a few below this one after I posted this. There’s some good info in there. Thanks!
